A full and detailed report is provided, highlighting any deficiencies found within the installation along with details of any remedial works that may be required. Please note that you are under no obligation to use our services for any remedial works, although many customers choose to do so.

A full property rewire can seem like a daunting task. In some cases, it may involve chasing walls to install new cables for sockets and light switches. In others, it may require lifting floorboards and accessing loft spaces in order to install new lighting circuits and fittings.

EV Charging Solutions
We supply and install all major makes and models of EV charge points for both domestic and commercial properties. This includes 3.6kW (16A) chargers for smaller vehicles and limited-capacity supplies, the more common 7.4kW (32A) home chargers, and 22kW three-phase chargers for faster charging where a suitable three-phase supply is available.

Once we receive your information, we will assess your requirements and advise on the most suitable solution for your property. In many cases, if sufficient information is provided, we can also provide an installation quotation without the need for a home visit.
For workplace chargers, government grants are currently available which can contribute towards installation costs. Grants of up to £350 per charging socket may be available, subject to eligibility. To make an enquiry, please click the Work Place Charger link and complete the short form.
You will also require a government voucher code for the number of chargers being applied for. This can be obtained via the Work Place Grant Voucher Application link.

All smoke detectors and heat alarms have a recommended service life and should be replaced after their expiry date. In most cases, alarms are designed to last approximately 8–10 years.
